Despite high levels of unemployment, it’s difficult to fill job vacancies. The influx of Gen Z employees brings a new perspective on bias and discrimination. Where employers tolerate these problems, they will find attracting and retaining the best young talent a challenge. In this narrative we provide a framework for performing pay equity and comparable worth audits.
