Programs to Advance ESG, DEI, CW, and PE: Article 1 of 4

In our research and in working with our clients, we have found that there are many approaches that organizations use to promote and support Environment, Social, Governance (ESG), Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DEI), Comparable Worth (CW), and Pay Equity (PE).

This document looks first at the over-arching reasons organizations should consider new or improved programs, plans, and policies around these important issues. Then in three subsequent articles we present almost 200 progams and policy ideas and provide criteria for selecting among them.
