RABBI TRUST VS. SECULAR TRUST: Until now, the conventional approach to benefit security most typically involved the use of a Rabbi Trust to provide reasonable security for the increasing levels of deferrals held by corporations, both in terms of voluntary deferred income plans and the supplemental plans which have been prevalent for many years.
