Compensation of CEO vs Chairman: Research Study

Grahall has developed this research study on CEO compensation elements as compared to Chairman Compensation.  We have acquired the information from proxies of close to 200 organizations that are categorized as in the construction, business or commercial services companies.  This research study also lists and incorporates into its analysis: four size factors (Revenues, Market Capitalization, Net Income and Total Assets, and five Performance Factors (Return on Revenues (ROR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and one and three year Total Shareholder Return (TSR).  The research study provides single and multiple regression graphics and analysis on position compensation elements versus both size and performance factors.
