BoD Governance & Rewards Case Study: Research & Consulting Company Restructures its Board
Over the years this Research and Consulting firm's board had changed but these changes came without strategic design. The board was more of a platform for discussion than an operating board of directors. The directors all saw that their mission to protect the organization and make sure it was a good place to work for the researchers and employees. The directors also accepted that the organization was an “also ran” among research organizations.
