Four Culture Themes Concept Tool

During an assignment we must determine the type of overall and sub-unit culture that exists in an organization.  We must determine if it is supportive of the organization's mission, vision, values and beliefs, and assess if it will be the most effective culture to take the organization into the future. This tool is an academic version of culture which we have adopted for use in commercial settings. It is easy to use and seems to "ring the bell" for many executives.
