Unique Issues and Opportunities in the Government Sector

In June President Biden issued, Executive Order (EO) on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce, to: “. . . strengthen [the federal government’s] ability to recruit, hire, develop, promote, and retain our Nation’s talent and remove barriers to equal opportunity." This could be a model for state and local governments too.
